Set in a crime-washed and corrupt district, this short-film follows Wyatt, an honest 20 year old man struggling to juggle his mother's medical expenses and his overpriced rent. As long-term tenants, they are threatened with eviction as their shortcomings begin to pile up. Relying on his job at a butcher shop, they manage to float above the water, but with their landlord forcing them to pay up or get out, the tightrope Wyatt has been walking is about to snap. On the verge of losing it all, Wyatt searches for any possible means to pay off their debt. His boss offers a much more nefarious option and reality quickly washes over him like a punch to the face. With what must be done in order to save the life that he knew; Wyatt's morals are stretched like a thread pressed to a razors edge.
